"Hi, I'm calling on behalf of XYZ (my health care provider), we'd like to ask a survey on yours experiences in using our service"

Me: "But I haven't used that service."

"I want you to think carefully about this opportunity. Everyone else we've spoken to has decided to given an opinion."

Me: "But if I haven't used that service how could my opinion matter?"

"Perhaps you've formed an opinion in other ways?"

Me: "Not really."

"Are you sure?"

Me: "Yes. I think I will hang up now to save us both some time."

"Ok, well before you go, perhaps you'd like to answer the first few questions?"

(Would you like toast with that?)
